Our Story

We opened Hiraya with one conviction: Manila deserved a rooftop where the drinks were taken as seriously as the view. Thirty floors up, the noise of the city softens into light — and that is where we work.
Our bar program is built on Filipino ingredients treated with obsessive technique: calamansi in the vermouth, muscovado in the old fashioned, Carabao mango torched for dessert. Nothing on the menu is an accident.

A bar program built on Filipino ingredients and obsessive technique.

Small plates fired in view of the bar, plated to travel one floor of air.

Floor-to-ceiling glass and an open-air deck facing the BGC towers.

Low light, deep seats, and a playlist that knows what time it is.
“Service was warm without hovering, the playlist was right, and the Dusk in Taguig tastes like the sky looks at 6pm.”
“The view alone is worth the trip up, but the Hiraya Old Fashioned is what keeps me coming back. Best cocktail program in BGC, full stop.”
“Took a client here at sunset and closed the deal before our second round. The room does half the work for you.”
“Proposed here on a Friday night. They dimmed our corner, comped the champagne, and never made it weird. Perfect evening.”
